Rec Sports is committed to promoting health and wellness at 黑料爆料网 and to providing continuous opportunities for fitness every semester. We offer great Group Fitness classes from Zumba to Cycling and more! Our programs are tailored to every fitness and skill level. We encourage you to try something new this semester!

Class Descriptions

Calming Yoga Stretch will introduce you to Yoga and allow you to improve flexibility and strength.

Destroy-a-Core is a full 30 minutes of core work to give you the killer core you dream of!

Cardio Kickboxing is a fun, action-packed workout that combines martial arts, boxing, and dance moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full-body workout as you kick, punch, block, and move.

Red Zone Circuit provides a fun and unlimited crosstraining, strength, and functional group workout that can be adjusted to your fitness level, making it perfect for everyone from fitness beginners to athletes.

Total Toning uses complex movements that utilize multiple muscle groups at one time, making a very highly effective and timely workout. This class will help increase your muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

Trampo-Lean uses a trampoline for a fun-filled low-impact exercise class.  It helps build and improve your strength, agility, and stability. 

Zumba features high-energy dance steps set to fast-paced Latin and international beats. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, and often builds a deep-rooted community among returning students.
