Accessing Institutional Data Sources – Kyle Boudreaux
Date: Oct. 8 Location: Teams Time: 1:30 Duration: 1 hour
Learn about data sources available to faculty and staff and how to get access to them. The Tableau and Argos platforms will be demonstrated as well as other available data sources produced by the office of Data, Analytics, Reporting, and Assessment.
Accreditation and Program Reviews Using Watermark – Jarrod Rossi
Date: Sep. 24 Location: Teams Time: 1:30 Duration: 1 hour
Watermark’s Planning and Assessment module aids you in gathering data and preparing documents for accreditation and program reviews. Learn about pre-built templates and how to use this module to monitor progress. All program coordinators and chairs are encouraged to attend.
Assessment Grant – Jarrod Rossi

To support the second year of the Excellence in Assessment Grant, DARpA will host workshops to assist faculty and staff with the application process. These sessions will offer guidance on completing the application, developing strong proposals, selecting impactful topics, and aligning submissions with institutional priorities. Attendees will gain valuable insight into the review process and strategies to strengthen their chances of funding success.
Course Evaluations With Watermark – Claire Chenault

This workshop will demonstrate the student experience and how to review your course evaluation reports. We will also cover survey creation, customized reporting and f2.08 integration. All faculty and department chairs are encouraged to attend.
F2.08, Tenure/Promotion Process, 2/4-year Reviews Using Watermark – Johnny Jarrell
Date: Sep. 10 Location: Teams Time: 1:30 Duration: 1 hour
Watermark Faculty Success is used to facilitate faculty review (F2.08), Tenure and Promotion review and 2/4-year reviews. In these training sessions, faculty will learn how to log in, navigate, and load data into the system. We will also cover the workflow for each of the review types. All faculty, assessment staff and department chairs are encouraged to attend.
Program Assessment Process Using Watermark – Jarrod Rossi
Date: Oct. 6 Location: Teams Time: 1:30 Duration: 1 hour
黑料爆料网 has adopted the Watermark Planning & Self-Study application for the 2025–2026 assessment reporting cycle, replacing the previously used WEAVE platform. Watermark offers a more robust set of tools and integrates with Blackboard, streamlining the assessment process. This workshop will provide comprehensive training for those new to assessment or the Watermark platform and serve as a refresher for returning users. Program leads, assessment staff, and department chairs are strongly encouraged to attend. Additionally, as Core Curriculum Assessment will be added to Watermark this year, individuals involved in core assessment efforts are also encouraged to participate.
Smartsheet User Group Meeting – Johnny Jarrell

The Smartsheet User Group is for anyone currently or interested in using Smartsheet. The meeting topics will include the latest Smartsheet features and updates, use-case discussions and Q&A sessions. All skill levels are welcome to attend.
Student Support Service and Administration Units Assessment Using Watermark– Jarrod Rossi
Date: Oct. 15 Location: Teams Time: 1:30 Duration: 1 hour
Beginning in the 2025–2026 reporting cycle, assessment for student support services and administrative units will transition to the Watermark Planning & Self-Study platform. This workshop will introduce users to the new system and provide training on entering assessment plans, outcomes, and results. It is designed for both newcomers to assessment and those familiar with previous reporting in WEAVE. Staff responsible for unit assessment, including directors, coordinators, and administrative leads, are encouraged to attend to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with institutional expectations.
