ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø LEAD is an engaging and interactive leadership development program that aims to foster successful student leaders. ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø LEAD strives to empower students to reach their maximum potential and ultimately get the most from their ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø experience and beyond.

This program will introduce students to concepts of leadership, emphasizing meaningful connections amongst peers and other members of the ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø community, and provide students the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally.

Program Details

Weekly Sessions

• Sessions will be 1 hour long
• Mandatory attendance for participants
• Each session will feature a different leadership topic

Capstone Requirement

• At the end of the semester, participants must give a presentation to complete the program
• Details about the required content of the capstone presentation will be given out toward the end of the semester.

Applications for the Fall 2025 cohort will open this spring.
