Latin Grammy award winner Dr. José Valentino will be at Lamar for a two-day guest artist residency, March 27 - 28, 2025. The events will include four workshops, and will feature a concert with the ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø Flute Ensemble. All events are free and open to the public.

Spend a beautiful day on campus enjoying activities for the whole family. Invite your parents and friends to come join in the fun. Grab some friends and test your biology knowledge. Teams of three to four students need to register in the Biology office (101 Maes) and receive instructions starting Apr. 7 at 9 a.m. Contest ends Apr. 11 at 5 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for First Finished, Most Creative, and Best Picture.

Starting March 24, 2025, ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø faculty, staff, and students have a new way to speak with the ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍø IT Service Desk. By logging into the IT Service Portal at lamar.edu/its, users will see a new option called "Chat With Us." The chat feature can be used to get information regarding IT services.
