A 2022 distinguished alumnus, Alvarez will share insights in energy and climate challenges.

The Office of Undegraduate Research invites undergraduate students from all academic areas to submit proposals to the SURF program. You can enjoy a 10-week research experience, and receive a $2,700 stipend, $1,400 in research support, $500 in travel support, and free housing in our Cardinal Village during the summer.
